And She's Off!

Here it's been close to two months since I was laid off and I'm off to a FOURTH round of interviews with my best prospect for my next job. I have already met with 11 people at the company (that's pushing 10% of total employees). Today's meeting is with another 4 - 6 people; and if I pass I'll meet one of the founders. They obviously take hiring new folks very seriously. I must say the process has made me invested in getting the job!


I've been told this interview is more about who I am than what I can do. It's with a group of long time employees dubbed - The Culture Club. I'm thinking of pulling out the black eye liner, elf boots, colored tights and a cropped jacket with shoulder pads. Interview fashion?
